Motorcycle Hire in Spain
Fly in with hand luggage and leave on a BMW, for CZK 4,500 a day. We can sort the airport transfer and the accommodation, and load your GPS with the routes we ride ourselves.

What to expect
Not everybody wants to ride in an organised group. Some people simply want to fly into Spain, get on a motorcycle and disappear into the hills for a few days. That is what this add-on service is for. Hiring a BMW costs CZK 4,500 (approx. €180) a day, and our base is in the village of Serradilla, just outside Plasencia.
The choice is a BMW F 750 GS, F 850 GS, R nineT Pure, R nineT Scrambler or one of two R 18 Classic, and you can take a different bike every day, so in a week you will ride more machines than you would ever get to try at a dealership.
We are happy to arrange the transfer from Madrid airport and the accommodation, though neither is part of the hire price. We can do the same for groups.
You also get the routes. We have been riding here for years and have gravel loops and tarmac routes that appear in no guidebook. We load the GPS tracks for you, so you are not hunting for them.
The bike is insured with a minimal excess, so a fall is not a financial disaster. And if you decide you would like an instructor after all, perhaps just for the first day to get your eye in off-road, that can be arranged. Our staff speak English, so booking and handover are straightforward wherever you are flying in from.

Accommodation and route tips
We arrange somewhere to stay (paid separately) and load you up with the GPS routes we ride ourselves, gravel or tarmac, whichever you are after.
Drop-off and flight home
You return the bike at the base and we drive you back to the airport.

FAQ
What is included in the price of an expedition?
Hire of an insured motorcycle (you can swap bikes with the instructors along the way), all fuel, the instructors and airport transfers both ways. Flights, accommodation and meals are not included, but we are happy to arrange them for you. Most expeditions last 6 days (4 riding days), the Portuguese ones 7 days, and Spain can also be ridden as 8 days.
What is not included in the price of an expedition?
Flights, accommodation and meals. Budget for them on top; we are happy to arrange all of them, but they are paid separately. What you do get in the price is hire of an insured motorcycle, all fuel, the instructors and airport transfers both ways.
Do I have to find accommodation for the expedition myself?
No, we arrange it for you, it is simply paid separately. As a rough guide, reckon on about 80 EUR per person per night in a single room and 40 EUR in a shared one, and about 40 and 20 EUR on Spain and Portugal. We confirm the exact price when you book, as it varies with the destination and the date.
How demanding are the expeditions?
We build the routes around the level of the group. We ride at the pace of the slowest rider and nobody is pushed. Previous off-road experience is not needed; riders who have only ever been on tarmac manage perfectly well.
Can I manage an expedition without any off-road experience?
Yes, no experience is needed, we teach you everything. All you need is a motorcycle licence. We adapt the routes to your wishes and riding level. Our expeditions have been ridden by a man who had just passed his test, by a woman with zero off-road experience and by an 11-year-old beginner.
How long does an expedition last?
A standard expedition lasts 6 days, of which 4 are riding days. For Spain, and for Spain with Portugal, you can also choose the longer 8-day version (6 riding days). The Portuguese expeditions (Euphoria, Freedom) last 7 days, of which 5 are riding days.
Can I hire a motorcycle from you?
Yes. We have the largest BMW test fleet in the Czech Republic and bike hire is part of most courses and expeditions. All bikes are insured with a minimal excess. You are also welcome to come on your own machine.
Do you lend me a motorcycle, or do I have to bring my own?
It differs from service to service. Experience rides: we lend the bikes, you go through five of them during the ride. Off-road training: 5 500 CZK on your own bike, 8 800 CZK with our BMW. Weekend off-road training: 13 000 CZK on your own, 18 000 CZK with our BMW. Private race track training: you ride your own motorcycle, ours can be arranged in advance for an extra charge. Private off-road training: bike hire is included. Expeditions: the bike and all fuel are included.
