Up to 25 motorcycles, groups split by experience, and a day where the winner can be the person who sat on a bike for the first time that morning. We handle everything from the track to the after party.
Why motorcycles
It works even with a team that has never ridden
That is the most common case by far. Beginners get their own group, lighter or electric bikes and an instructor who takes them through the basics step by step. The contest is about skill, not speed, and that is exactly why it turns into team building instead of a show by the one colleague who owns a bike.

We run the whole event, you just bring the people
Our home track is the Cikov motocross circuit near Litomyšl. But we will run the event anywhere in the country. We bring both people and bikes in by bus.

Motorcycles
Up to 25 of our own bikes: enduro, adventure, electric bikes with no clutch or gears, and kids' bikes.
Instructors
A professional instructor for every group. Nobody is left standing at the edge of the track.
Protectors and helmets
Full protective gear for every participant. Nobody buys or rents anything anywhere else.
Catering
Food and drink at the track all day. Special dietary requirements are no problem.
Photographer
A professional photographer. You get the photos and can use them in your own communication.
Accommodation
From cabins by the track to a proper hotel, whatever suits the team and the budget.
Evening programme
Wine tasting, a screening of the day's photos, an after party. The day does not end when the helmet comes off.
How the day runs
A day on motorcycles, hour by hour
Transport and check-in
Meet at the track, or we pick the team up by bus. Anyone staying overnight checks in: cabins by the track or a hotel.
Briefing and gear
A short theory session, safety, and protective gear handed out. Helmets, protectors and gloves for everyone. You bring nothing.
Into groups
Experienced riders, complete beginners and children. Every group gets its own instructor, its own bikes and its own pace.
First laps
Beginners start on light or electric bikes on soft ground, where a drop costs nothing.
Skills competition
The contest is about skill, not speed. Someone who sat on a bike for the first time that morning can win, which is exactly why it works as team building.
Champions' exhibition
Martin Matějíček, Czech trial champion, and Martin Krátký, European stunt riding champion. The team watches what a motorcycle can do in the hands of someone who has spent a life on one.
After party
Photos from the day on the screen, wine tasting, an evening programme. This is where the day finally comes together.

What companies ask us most often
Do I need my own riding kit?
No. On our courses we lend you a helmet, gloves, body armour, knee guards and riding boots. If you have your own kit, bring it. On experience rides protectors are lent by prior arrangement for an extra 500 CZK (approx. 20 EUR).
How large a corporate event can you run?
We own up to 25 motorcycles, including electric and children's bikes, so we can handle large groups. We split people by experience: seasoned riders, beginners and children.
Where does a corporate event take place?
Our home track is the Cikov motocross circuit, but we will come almost anywhere in the Czech Republic and arrange transport for people and bikes alike. We take care of the track, instructors, protective kit, catering, a photographer, accommodation and the evening programme.
What if nobody on the team has ever ridden a motorcycle?
