Cookie policy
Effective from [TO BE COMPLETED: effective date]
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a page remember your settings and allow us to measure how the website is used. Other browser storage, such as localStorage, works in a similar way.
2. Nothing loads without your consent
Until you click Accept in the cookie bar, no measurement or advertising script is inserted into the page: neither Google Tag Manager, nor Google Analytics, nor the Meta Pixel. Your consent (or refusal) is remembered in your browser's storage under the key cookie-consent. That is the only record we store without consent, because otherwise we would have to ask you again on every page load.
3. Which cookies we use
Strictly necessary
The website would not work without them. They do not require consent.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| cookie-consent | Stores your choice from the cookie bar (localStorage) | Until you clear your browser data |
| __cf_bm, cf_clearance | Protects the forms against spam and bots (Cloudflare Turnstile) | 30 minutes to 1 year |
Analytics: only with your consent
They show us which pages people are interested in and where they leave the site. We use the data to improve the website, not to approach individuals.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4, distinguishes visitors and sessions | Up to 24 months |
Marketing: only with your consent
They are used to measure advertising and to stop you being shown ads for a service you have already bought.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta Pixel, conversion measurement and ad targeting on Facebook and Instagram | Up to 3 months |
4. How to refuse or withdraw your consent
- Refuse straight away: click Reject in the cookie bar. The website then works exactly the same; we simply do not measure anything about you.
- Change your mind later: click Cookie settings in the footer. The bar will reappear and you can switch your choice.
- Delete what is already stored: in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), under privacy, clear cookies and site data. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies altogether.
5. Who processes the data
Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd., marketing data by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., and anti-spam protection by Cloudflare, Inc. Details of the processors, retention periods and your rights are set out in our Privacy policy.
6. Questions
