5. Who we share the data with
We never sell your data. We pass it on only to processors without whom we could not provide the service:
| Processor | What for |
|---|---|
| Supabase Inc. | The database of enquiries and bookings (name, e-mail, telephone number, the content of your enquiry). The data is stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt am Main, the eu-central-1 region). |
| Vercel Inc. | Website hosting and running the forms |
| Resend, Inc. | Sending e-mails from the forms and the newsletter |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Protecting the forms against spam (Turnstile) |
| Google Ireland Ltd. | Traffic measurement (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager), only with your consent |
| Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. | Advertising measurement and targeting (Meta Pixel), only with your consent |
The data from the forms does not leave the European Union. The database of enquiries runs in the European Union (Frankfurt am Main).
Some processors may process the data outside the European Union (in particular in the USA). In that case the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or on an adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

- The right of access: you can ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”) where we no longer need the data.
- The right to restriction of processing.
- The right to data portability to another controller.
- The right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Write to us at any time at info@prijdteseprojet.cz. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), which supervises us as a Czech controller.
